View Full Version : after 15-20 days of working out....

measured my bicep today for the hell of it and to my surprise its a half an inch bigger than when i started working out....also gained 3 lbs...not sure if thats a good thing or a bad thing yet....hopefully its muscle weight...

If you're working out, and your diet is good, an increasing scale is a good thing. My diet is better than ever and I am up 11lbs from 3 weeks ago today. :D
