Which admin did you send a PM to? It wasn't me. There were a couple problems with the board that we have just recently fixed. One being the email setup for the board itself wasn't actually a "@motownmuscle.com" thing in which case the admin might have changed your password, activated your account and notified you, but you wouldn't get the email. That has since been fixed. Also, in the last year we began implementing stricter rules on getting approved for the forums to keep spam off the board. Most of the time that someone has a hard time getting activated on Motown we find it's because the users email flagged the email as spam and blocked it, or the user didn't follow the proper directions. Either way, if you PM me the name of the account i can check and see what was done with/to it to see if any of these issues were what effected you. Even if you don't want to post over there still, I'd like to know so that we can see if the problem was on our boards side or if possible it was one of the above mentioned problems.

The reason you didn't get the email is from the problem we just fixed in the system.

The problem has been there for WELL over a year. The same mess happened to me (and many others) when I changed the email I had listed in my profile.

Well, we switched around some network stuff and since then we haven't been having the problem. There's always going to be the problem with people's email servers rejecting an email from us, BUT we've done what we can to limit that to the bare minimum.
