I am putting this up really as something to help me really see what I am eating and when. I have a hard time staying as strict as I should once I get home in the evening. All of the "bad" foods seems to taste a LOT better after 8pm. :(



Food Intake for 1-23-2007

7:00am: Protien shake made with one scoop of ON chocolate protien powder, 8oz of 2% milk, and 3 medium strawberries. Cals: 217, Fat: 3, Carbs: 18, Protien: 32
10:00am: Trail mix...1/3 cup. Cals: 229, Fat: 15, Carbs: 22, Protien: 7
12:00pm: Yoplait Light Yogurt. Cals: 100, Fat: 0, Carbs: 19, Protien: 5
1:45pm: 2 cans of White Albacore Tuna with Frank's Red Hot sauce, and a side of steamed Broccoli, Cauliflower, Baby Carrots, and summer squash. Cals: 415, Fat: 5, Carbs: 15, Protien: 79

lucky here's mine.... NOTHING ALL DAY been awake since 5am just got home now I have to get ready for the funeral so still no food.

Havent had time been back and forth between our condo and her dads house went to the daycare got a haircut. I gotta go get ready then I need to go back to daycare to get Dominic:mad: I'll eat at like 7 lol

Here's dinner. (It looks like a bit much, but I was starved after my evening workout)

Bun, 6 strips of bacon, 3 burger patties and cheese. Usually comes with sauce, but I always order it without the sauce. The burger is truly fucking awesome! :eek:

Man, that fucking burger killed me. :( And tomorrow I have to be in Detroit for off-site training all day, so I know my diet will be crap since they will probably provide carb-loaded shitty food and I won't be able to eat my own food every couple hours. :mad: Oh well, it could be a lot worse...I could be without a job. Thank God for employment!!!!
