radio stations

my cable is out and im stuck with the radio.

what i have observed:

93.1 plays the same 10 songs and 4 of those are eminem
95.5 plays the same 12 songs and 4 of those are eminem
97.9 and 105.9 is black radio but most songs are eminem :confused:
89x plays too much eminem
wrif actually plays eminem :confused:
96.3 hates eminem and is geared towards gay people :gay:

i need my tv back :lol:

Im really suprised at how much I DONT listen to the radio anymore. Maybe 10 minutes in the morning when Im waking up, and the 20 minute ride to and from work. Ive got a stereo in the garage, and most of the time I forget to even turn it on when Im out there. I havent even hooked up my speakers to my house stereo from when I moved here in May.

i listen to sirrus (sp?) radio at work becuase my boss has it.. i actaully really like it..they dont advertise for 5 mins after 1 or 2 songs. hardly repeat the same songs. pick the type of music u want..im thinking of gettin XM in my camaro this summer..we'll see tho :cool:

This is the reason I usually only listen to 106.7 the drive.......I too am tired of eminem and the drive doesn't play him!!!!!! Oh and 80's rock is great.

And that's why i listen to country :D If i'm listening to any other station and a song like eminem or any other song on the radio that they've done burned out comes on i turn on country and i dont have that problem :)

Radio stations suck...all you get is 2 songs then 5 minutes of commercials. If its rush hour time the commercials will be on every station you turn on.

On a side note i'm trying to talk my parents into buying stocks in Sirius or XM. We all know that is what people are going to buy..its just a matter of time before all of us get sick of commercials all day every day and buy into it.

It's amazing how many replies you get on a thread that has to do with radio stations.......or just by typing the first line of a song and seeing how far that goes......we really don't have much else to do do we????? Myself included
