Well walking the kids last night I counted 14 houses for sale on only 3 streets :eek: . Just wondering anyone notice the same??

Yep noticed a lot of housed for sale in the 16 & Groesbeck area. Too bad none of them are selling.

I have a feeling a lot are trying to be sold before the repossessor shows up....from personal experience - we had to help my sister-in-law out with her payment just last month so they weren't evicted, and that is a two-income family! Now they're trying to sell, ASAP.
Aren't house repos up like 16% in SE Michigan?

Yes, if not worse by now... I hope I can sell mine I want to get out of here and I will leave if that ****bag gets her job back. My trade is dead now unless I return to service work I will be out of a job when my back heals..

Hopefully my sister and her husband will buy it, thats the plan as of right now. They are at his grandmothers house fixing it up for 3-6 months more getting it ready for his daughter to move into.

lots for sale all over warren, some good ones some bad, lots of foreclosures on big houses and some small ones. let me know if i can help you in any way

True, but it is a buyers market right now but who has the fucking money to buy with all the lay offs and shit.

There are a shitload of houses in the Sterling Hgts area that have been for sale for a long time.
