Referrals

Last time we had about 130 members, but this time I'd like us to have more. I turned on the referral system and it can be explained here.

What do you all think? Would anyone be interested in doing this? I was thinking I could give out a prize to the person with the most referrals. Any ideas, suggestions...let me know what you all think. Thanks!
