Long story short, my dad had problems with his in Warren for 2 weeks straight. After many calls to comcast and many visits by technicians they eventually told him the problem is on the line on the utility pole and he had to call DTE to get the trees trimmed. Well the next day it magically fixed itself.
Now for the past week I've had the same problem here in Sterling Heights. Comcrap tells me that they have to send out a technician. So now i'm going to have to wait until THURSDAY before someone comes out.
Anyone else in the area having connection speed problems? My shit is slower than 14k dial up and has been for the a week. It doesn't help calling them for answers, all you get is a stupid foreigner with generic answers. :mad:
