While you guys have your cars to talk about, I can only talk about dieting and weight training since I sold my Cobra. So here's my fitness thread for the day. :D

Here's my 2+ hour workout from last night. Keep in mind that the 2 nights prior I got less than 4 hours of sleep COMBINED!!!

All reps were done with perfect form, no spotter, and done at a pace that soaked my shirt but also allowed me to take advantage of the POSITIVE and NEGATIVE weight of the exercises. Had I gone faster, or with sloppier form I could have thrown around alot more weight, but that's just gay!!!

Deltoids (Shoulders): Anterior (front) and Lateral (side)
Side arm lifts: 25lbs x 10
Front arm lifts: 25lbs x 10
Side arm lifts: 25lbs x 15

Front arm lifts: 25lbs x 15
Side arm lifts: 30lbs x 12
Front arm lifts: 30lbs x 12
Side arm lifts: 25lbs x 15
Front arm lifts: 25lbs x 15
Side arm lifts: 25lbs x 10

Side arm lifts: 22.5lbs x 13

Biceps:

Trapezius: (Traps)
Standing shrugs on shrug rack: 295lbs x 35
Standing shrugs on shrug rack: 340lbs x 30
Standing shrugs on shrug rack: 385lbs x 30
Standing shrugs on shrug rack: 385lbs x 30

Standing shrugs on shrug rack: 475lbs x 25
Standing shrugs on shrug rack: 475lbs x 20
Standing shrugs on shrug rack: 475lbs x 15
After that last set of shrugs I was talked to about yelling so loudly on my last 3-4 reps...especially rep #15. :o I was told that I need to keep it down and that it was scaring other members. I got pissed off at that and left.

And oddly enough, I am not even a little bit sore today. I don't understand this. :(

I have 20 more lbs of fat to drop and 20 more lbs of muscle to put on. I'm going for the "If you look at me wrong I will tear you in half like a piece of tissue paper" look. :D

And I have checked into UFC, Full Contact Fighting, etc and it's a minimun of 2 years of PROFESSIONAL fighting and training to even have the UFC look at you. What a crock of shit!

As I was reading this post I was working my left Bicep.

Sit down computer chair curls 16.9 fl.oz. x 15

And damn I'm not even sore. Oh that was caffeine free too. Didn't want to have that caffeine rage after working out. I'm hoping by Friday to beable to do the 20fl. oz. :D

No Al thats great man. I havn't had a steady gym work out in about 8 months. I go to the gym at work but I keep getting laid off. Work a week, 2 weeks off, so I stopped going. I've lost about 7 pounds since I stopped working out, so there goes some of my hard work.

Yep, muscle drops off fast, and fat goes on at an even faster rate. Get back in there. :D
