Didn't improve on my best ET but it gained in MPH, from 148 to 151 and let me tell you thats a big difference. I installed front end limiters over the winter and thats what pretty much killed my ET because all I did was just blaze the tires. I didn;t get any pics but Kevin (BigBlockFord?) was there and I'm sure he'll post some up. The weather was just awesome and it was a very good day racing.

-.50 in relation to the car sitting on a level surface, IE a drive on lift.

Na, Norwalk have a really long shut down so I felt comfortable stoping in well enough safe distance.

Hey Mike, I found my IROC-Z and grey and black vinyle stickers I had hiding for a few years and was wondering if you knew anyone who could put them on my car.

BTW i would just put the door decals on and leave the rest off.

Also that front bumper cover might be slightly different and the stripes might not line up right.

What was the slip looking light? What did you leave at on the brake and how much were you hitting it with off the line?

Congrats on breaking the 150 mph mark. A few friends of mine were there also (one had the blue Hemi Willys, the other a Black Spitzer dragster). They both had trouble with traction also.

Did the Willy's get a clean pass in? I know the dragster went low 8's and both cars sounded really good.

Did the Willy's get a clean pass in? I know the dragster went low 8's and both cars sounded really good.Unfortunately the Willys never saw 8's, even though it should be good for high 7's, NA. It's a brand new car that was built for Quick 16 competition (very clean, was in the Autorama this year) and he still needs to establish a baseline set-up for it. The dragster surprisingly has only a mildly built 454 in it. Both cars were getting loose on the back half of the track. On his way back home from the track, my friend with the dragster had a double blow-out on his car hauler after hitting a huge hole in the road (I guess the road construction/detours around Toledo was terrible) - since he only had one spare, he ended up driving back home on only three trailer tires/wheels!!

That sucks about the tires, I went through a 280 detour and ended up in good shape.
