Okay, even tho its mad crazy outside with the snow I managed to get out and have my windows tinted today. I have a question or two to ask you guys. I got limo done in the back windows and 35% done in the passanger and drivers side doors. Is that going to get me pulled over or is it alright to have? OR will it just depend on the cop and if he's going to be a dick or not?

State cops are the ones that'll pull you over for it...then again local cops will use it as an excuse to pull you over too. Thats why I don't get my cars tinted any more :(

I was sortta hesitant on getting the front ones done. I know that is the only problem. But I heard that 35% is okay to have too. And you can clearly see inside the car with them rolled up!

can't have any tint on the front 2 windows at all now. They just pased that law last spring after that sterling heights cop was killed with a drive shot from a shot gun. So in roseville you WILL get pulled over.

Thats weird. All those people that go out on Gratiot at night and have limo all the way around and they let them slide?

I only do LIMO on all of my cars. (and 15% on the windshields) By Michigan laws you are only allowed to have the top 4" of your front driver and passenger windows tinted...NOTHING MORE! Regardless of the darkness of the tint. Call your family doctor and get a prescription for the tints. While that will not get you out of every ticket, it will help.
Here is my last car...

Here's the 35% tint that is currently on the Cobra. (I bought it this way) It's getting stripped and retinted in all LIMO this spring...

I've always had all of my cars tinted (all the way around) and I've only been pulled over a few times...all by State cops.
What worked for me when I got pulled over....
I just tell them I just got a ticket for it last week (since it wouldn't be in their computers yet even if I had the ticket). Then I say I've made an appointment in two days to have the tint removed professionally.
They should let you slide since they think you just got a ticket for it and think you're getting it removed.

Remember that this is a girl doing this :tits: , so it might not work for everyone :D

Lol! No, that one works for both male and female! :D
If you were getting caught doing burnouts and said "I'm sorry...I'm still learning all this gas, break, and clutch thingy :tits: " then that would be a whole different story.
And yes I have used that one before....and it worked. :D
