werd . What I dont get is this .... He owes a hospital 55 dollars and they come and take his car ??? wtf is that all about ? And yes , he does not deserve the oval badges . He needs a dodge shadow or something . Even the sunfire is more manly than him lol .

$55 is still a valid debt. If he hasn't paid it and they get judgment, then a writ of execution against property they have valid reason to take his car.

So they can legally take his car because he owes a hospital bill for 55 bucks ?? assuming that they went to court and all right ? Thats still messed up imho . But the dude is still a bitch .

Yup.......if that's all he has for collateral then they will take it. And 99% of the time that's all they take because they know you need transportation to get back and forth to work. So they take your car in hopes you pay the debt and redeem your car, otherwise it goes up for public auction usually after 10 days.
