We need a way to make it reload the page every 10 seconds so i don't have to do that manually when I'm at work on a slow day...

Clicking a button is such hard work I know. :D
But seriously - it would be nice to have an option for the forum home page to reload, but unfortunitly there is no such feature like that available at this time.
