I was asked to come over here from my Olds site to say hi so here I am. I'm Jake and I'm 20. I live in South NJ

As you can see in my signature I'm a Oldsmobile guy. I know quite a bit about them so if anyone ever has anyquestions feel free to ask, and thanks to all the studying I've done on Olds I also know quite a bit about GM A-bodies and G-bodies. I like my older cars because I feel they still haad a soul, alot of the newer cars (late 80s or newer) generally looked the same and were basically cookie cutter cars. I'm going to school right now to become a police officer. Its basically the only job I see myself doing realistically, I'm a good Auto cross driver but I doubt I'll ever be the 1% that ever make it big. Other than that I will also go to school to learn to work on cars and make them faster even though I've been working on cars and motorcycles most of my life.

I like to be different thats why I bought a 442, and I also drive it daily. You'd be amazed how many people get pissed at me for driving her every day, rain, snow or shine. I do all my own work and she has a Olds 350 with a 214/224 cam, Holley Street Dominator intake, Holley 650 spread bore carb, Accel Dual point distributer, Accel super coil, Black Jack headers, 2.5" true dual mendral bent exhaust, DynoMax Ultra Flo mufflers, B&M stage 2 shift improver kit, Stock 3.73 gears with posi. All stock my car ran 15.2-15.3 and with the exhaust and shift kit ran 14.5. Right now my 442 is off the road for the winter becaused I wiped a cam bearing, I'm guessing its because when I installed my new cam I might have damaged the bearing. I had her running good for about 100miles till it start tapping and I started loosing oil pressure. The night before it went I was running dead even with a mid to low 13 second Camaro. I got a lot of plans for her, I'm going to do a B-body spindle conversion which should with good shocks, tires, ect should pull 1G on a skid pad and I will install 4 wheel disc brakes. When I rebuild the motor it will not see less than 400 crank hp (which shouldn't be to hard with the combo I've planned) and swap in a T56 6 speed tranny

My other car is a 85 Olds Cutlass Supreme. It was my first car and I beat on this car like no other. It has a buick 3.8 with 2.41 peg leg rear. I've been bajaing with it and ripped the oil filter off and still drove it 40 minutes home. I've also blew the oil pump one 10 degree morning and I thought it would prime back up (it did that time to time) so I left it running for 15 minutes and there was still no oil pressure, I put a new oil pump it and she ran quiet. Did I mention the motor just flipped over to 290,000miles!! After the winter is over and I put my 442 back on the street I'm going to drop in a 10,000mile Olds 350 that I'm getting off my friend. I'm just going to make her a normal street car.

Then theres my parts car, a 72 Olds Cutlass S. I have no real plans for it even though it is a very solid car (no rust on the body and little rust on the frame) and its a disc brake car, my friend might get that because he's also into oldsmobiles and he might get his hands on a real rust bucket but that has a brand new motor, tranny and suspension, he's talking about swapping it into my parts car.

Anyways I've said to much and here's some pictures www.cardomain.com/id/psycodiver69
