So, besides what car/s you have, who are you. Nothing major, what you do for a living, married, single, kids, parents, pets, significant others, stalkers, etc.
Nothing specific, no biographies, just some conversation starters. We've gotten a lot of new members that arn't posting a lot, cause they dont know anyone??(some are from out of state), so post up, anything, dont be shy. Lets get to know each other.
Im Mike, one of the senior Mods here, Im a pipefitter for one of the automakers, single, 2 dogs and a bird. Ive been into cars ever since I was 3 or 4(Hotwheels, MatchBoxes), and I still own my first car, which I bought used in 1978. I really like the 60's and early 70's muscle cars, but also enjoy the modern technology, and am currently working on a project to put EFI on my 455 Olds using a Ford EEC IV controller, and switching to a 200R4 Trans

I'm Alberto, I have been around DR.net since pretty damn close to when it started. I'm married to a beautiful woman who is 4 years older than me, but she looks at least 5 years YOUNGER than me. :D We have a beautiful 3 year old daughter together. I have a tabby cat and a boxer/lab mix dog. I too have been into cars since I was very young, but only recently (7-18-04) finally purchased my first "sports" car and it's a work in progress when it comes to the "go-fast" goodies. As far as current "projects" are concerned, I'm slowing but surely buttoning up my n20 system and saving what I can in hopes of being able to spray the car soon. I am in the mortgage business and I work as a loan officer for a 150+ year old company. (I might be making a change soon, though) I am also a bouncer by night, at the Beach Grill in St. Clair Shores. I enjoy outdoors recreations like snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, football, street racing my Slobra, and spending time with my family. I HATE summer time and the heat and humidity that comes with it. Give me spring and I'm happy. I also thoroughly enjoy modifying my vehicles to look nice and sound awesome. I am an audiophile and always have been. Hell, I had my first car stereo sound system before I had my first car. As far as auto cosmetics are concerned, if it don't shine, it ain't mine!!! I am a BIG fan of the ladies, but since I got married, I've been told I wasn't allowed to look anymore, so...yeah. :lol:
I also enjoy long walks on the beach, getting caught in the rain, and Pina Coladas. ;)
I also enjoy making people laugh, that's why I'm such a smart ass. :evil:

Dark brown, and a mile deep. Very sexy! Or so I've been told. :D I also have Chestnut Brown hair, with a very modern and sexy hairstyle. I'm a bigger build gentleman with a "Ghetto Booty." I bench press well over my weight, and can leg press a house. :D I do have a little bit extra cushion around the midesection, but like I said...I'm married. I got a little too comfortable. The rest of me makes up for that small fall back. Besides, it's a fuel tank for my love machine. :cool:

Actually no i'm 19, yes i'm a damn youngin! Going on my 3rd year in college, i've done 2 years for business management at Eastern Michigan University and will be going to UTI in Chicago sometime at the end of this year to do what I really want hehe...I've always been into cars since my dad has always had some pretty cool ones, I've only had a V8 for just about a year now lol, Got the Roush on 6/1/04 and i'm loving it, in my spare time which is mostly all the time since I don't work right now, I hang out with my bf Cory (99TransAmWs6) and just hang out work on his car...and with other members from MPH, no kids, but I do have 4 dogs (2 Chiuahahs one of the a teacup liek Paris Hiltons hehe) 1 Min Pin, and 1 Shih Tzu, I also have a fish, don't know what kind but its still alive so I take that as a big accomplishment for myself lol...and that's about it!

im mario, 18, currently a handyman for a rich lady. and do other odd jobs. picked out my car before i had my liscence. have a g2 caddy. live at home. go to WSU in detroit. havent decided a major yet. no kids, no pets currently. um. thats kinda it

*stands in front of class* Im 22,Graduated from ITT Tech last yr, Work at Elite Fence doing sales. Have been into cars/motorcycles for as long as i can remember. Ive always owned a firebird. My first of which was a 1989 Firebird Formula. Then picked up a 1995 Trans Am, and currently own a 1999 Trans Am WS.6. Im just your average car guru..working/fixing/modding my own cars as well as giving a hand to anyone i can. I rode motorcycles for about 4yrs..started stunting..and getting in trouble, so i got outta that sport for alittle while. No kids, 1 cat.
I'm Lisa, 27. Other than cars I'm into gambling, shopping (I love my shoes and purses!), and I collect wine. I have an alligator named Sammy. I am getting married to Paul (sn is PAK) in a few months...but he doesn't post much because he doesn't know what the internet is, lol!
We have an 04 GT (stock right now till it gets more miles), an 03 Lincoln LS, and a 03 Focus. Soon adding to the collection will be an all black Mercedes SL 500.

Alright well my name is jim im 20 years old and graduated from Cousino High School. I've went to MCC for 2 years now for Buisness managment. i have always been into cars since i grew up around them w/ my dad. i currently own a 88 Camaro that i bought last fall from Alabama. seems like i am always doing something car related in my free time from working on mine or friends or just cruising. I live w/ my dad still in north warren.

Well here it goes.....I'm Dennis, 28 work for my father at his 2 towing companies he owns, Service Towing and Able Towing. I have been into cars since as long as I can remember and have always owned mustangs since before I had my license. Although my first car was a 79 Formula Firebird that was given to me at 14 and I never turned the key in. I enjoy everything outdoors, sports and of course drinking. I went to college for business management until my little brother was diagnosed with cancer when I dropped out to spend more time with him.....he's fine now, 5 years cancer free. I have 2 younger brothers and 1 dog....a cocker spaniel puppy named Spartan. That's all for now.

Here goes...My name is Matt and I'm 30. Married with two girls-a 3 year old and a 3 month old. Right now I'm Mr. Mom. Graduate in 93 from Mt Clemns High. Went to WSU and graduated from MCC in Vehicle design. Went back to MCC to become a mechanic. Love learning to wrench on my car (and others). Have two dogs lab mix and golden retriever. Trying to one day finish my 1982 mustang(and get it into the 9's)!! Oh and one thing...

I've been around cars my whole life and it's just what i love to do. Except when things dont go ur way and you get pissed and hate them :lol: All i pretty much do is work and in my spare time hang out with friends. I'm single and living with it. No kids atleast i dont think?? :confused: And i have a cocker spaniel.

I went to Warren Woods Tower HS (class of '86), and then got an AAS in Automotive Technology @ MCC. Worked as a Master Tech at a Cadillac dealer for 8 years, currently performing engine development work as a dynamometer technician at the GM Tech Center. No wife, kids, or pets. My work/hobbies (rental property, race car, snowmobile, hunting and fishing) keep me plenty busy.

My names Steve. I'm 19 years old will be 20 in December. I live at home for the time being then will be getting an apartment here shortly after my mom, sister, and niece (which is who I currently live with) move to Florida after we sell our house. I am in the sales biz at Best Buy. I went to 2 different high school's which were Harper Woods High School and ended at Warren Mott. I am in college but its at home which works for me so I can do it at my own pace. I have a beautiful girlfriend who I love very much and will be with forever most likely. Have 3 dogs. No kids. Thats all I can think of!! :cool:
