I folded a metal garbage can lid in half, and the force of the hit moved the lid about 15-20 feet...

A buddy of mine shot one at the wall of a rental house he owned, it went thru the wall(Wet plaster not drywall), and partway thru the other wall in the other room, we were like fuucckk
