How much is the show on Sunday? I was going to take my wife and daughter to it so that my daughter could see some of the planes up close and maybe get to see the insides of them too.

Wow...I-94 is all backed up with accidents. I heard 2 trucks collided, a man ran into a police officer, etc, etc... because they were all looking at the planes. :nono:

Thought about doing that too, but don't want to deal w/ the 2 hour wait to get out of there. Don't think my 2 month old would like the noise either. Maybe I'll catch some of it at my parents house.

Drive the hoopty and bring disposable towels, the you can chuck them at peoples windows who are driving like assholes.

Other thing, is to leave the show early, get a jump on traffic

For those who have not seen the Blue Angels, they are must see. I saw them preparing for a show over San Francisco Bay in '95. Nothing better than eating clam chowder out of a sourdough bread bowl while watching those blue jets was awesome. They flew over the bay for around two hours. Any one who goes won't be disappointed.
